MOP-n-Bucket was established with a goal to provide professional, affordable and secure residential cleaning services initially for North & West Vancouver Community. MOP-N-Bucket continues to be a family owned and operated business and because of our highly acclaimed service, we have been able to expand our service areas.

At MOP-N-Bucket, part of our commitment to quality service is to ensure that our customers receive secure service. MOP-N-Bucket will not compromise when it comes to your security, and to this end we guarantee the following:

Employees You Can Trust. All MOP-n-BUCKET Home Service Providers are REQUIRED to pass a background check, credit check and drivers abstract prior to being registered as a MOP-n-BUCKET home service provider. All of our employees are in fact employees. We are not a referral agency and as such all of our employees are covered under our workers compensation policies, liability insurance policies and all of the necessary payroll taxes are paid on our employees.

MOP-n-BUCKET Cleaning Service employees also receive health benefits and paid vacation, which is uncommon in this industry. For security, only the supervisors have access to the keys, and the keys are stored in a doubly-locked box at our offices. For added security, keys are coded individually and cross-referenced separately.

MOP-n-BUCKET Carries Insurance. Insurance refers to our liability if something is damaged in your home. In the unlikely event that something should become damaged or broken while we are cleaning your home or office, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate. We treat your home with considerable care to ensure that accidents do not occur.
